Heard Mr. R.K. Bhatra, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1.

With the admission of the MAC No. 127/2021, the impugned judgment dated 19.01.2019, passed by the Member, MACT, Morigaon in MAC Case No. 11/2017 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal subject to condition that 50% of the awarded amount shall be deposited before the Registry of the Gauhati High Court within 6 (six) weeks from today.
