1. Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions.
2. The application stands disposed of.

3. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, 1950, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other, appropriate Writ,
order or direction thereby directing the respondents to demarcate
the said land of petitioners [total admeasuring 12 Bighas (Khasras
Nos. 1164 min (5-09), 1165 min (4-2) & 1642/1166 min (2-09)]
situated in the revenue estate of Village Fatehpur Beri, Tehsil
Mehrauli. District South, Delhi in as per the procedure prescribed
in Law after verification of the petitioners' said land and the chain
of title documents and as per the revenue records, after prior
intimation to petitioners and in their presence and with their
participation;
(b) Pass an order directing the respondents to give compensation
to the petitioners for failing to carry out its Constitutional and
statutory obligations/duties, resulting In the violation of the
fundamental rights of the petitioners;
(c) For issuance of any other writ, order or direction which this
Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and
circumstances of the present case;
(d) Serving of advance notices upon the respondent No, 1 to 3 may
kindly be dispensed with;"
4. Issue notice.
5. Notice is accepted by Mr. Arjun Basra, learned counsel for the
respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that inadvertently there has been a
delay in getting the demarcation conducted.
6. He seeks two months time to complete the demarcation.
7. In view of the aforesaid statement, Mr. Basra, learned counsel for
the respondents, the petition along with all the applications is disposed
of with direction that the prayer, as sought for demarcation of the land
of the petitioner, shall be completed within a period of two months from
today.
8. The report thereof, shall be furnished to the petitioner within two
weeks from the date of completion of such demarcation.
9. The petition along with pending applications is disposed of in the
above terms.
