BRIJESH SETHI, J (oral)
1. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 4,5 and 6 have been appeared and state that no threat has been given by them to the petitioner.
2. Mobile numbers of Beat Constable, Divisional Officer and the concerned SHO have been already been provided to the petitioner so that she can contact them in case of exigency. The IO, who is present in the Court, assures that the necessary protection shall be provided to the petitioner.
3. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
4. Learned counsel for the parties state that they are willing to resolve their disputes amicably and the matter, therefore, be referred for mediation.
5. Heard.
6. In view of the fact that there are chances of settlement, matter is referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for amicably settlement of the dispute between the parties.
7. The parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 31.10.2019 at 2:00 PM.
8. So far as the present petition is concerned, it stands dispose of.
