SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)
1. The petitioner seeks a mandamus to the respondents to return and deliver the original registered sale deed presented on 24.08.2016. It is contended that the said document was presented for registration with the respondent no. 2 - Sub Registrar -IX and till date neither any objection has been received nor has the original title document been returned after registration.
2. Since the relief is directed against only respondent No. 1 and 2, Issue notice to respondent no. 1 and 2. Learned counsel accepts notice
appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 2 and submits that there are certain objections with regard to the registration of the document.
3. The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law with regard to the documents presented for registration within a period of four weeks from today. In case there are no objections to registration then the documents shall be registered and original be handed over to the petitioner within the same period.
4. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
