1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 20.8.2016, passed by the Tribunal whereby his application laying a challenge to the charge Memorandum dated 04.8.2014, was dismissed with directions that the disciplinary authority must complete the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and pass a consequential order within four months.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner have concluded and an order dated 02.12.2016 passed by the Disciplinary Authority, imposing a minor penalty of 'censure' against him, under Rule 16 of CSS (CCA) Rules, 1965 (Page-

547). He further states that aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the petitioner has filed O.A. No. 210/2017 before the CAT, Allahabad Bench and the said petition is pending adjudication.

3. In such circumstances, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is disposed of along with the pending application with liberty granted to the petitioner to pursue the Original Application pending before the CAT, Allahabad Bench.
