                         ORDER

1. Counsel for the respondent states that he has obtained instructions

from the Department to the effect that pursuant to the transfer order dated

04.04.2016, issued in respect of the petitioner transferring him from SHQ,

Delhi to 23rd Battalion, Uttrakhand, a Movement Order dated 02.05.2016

was issued. However, by a subsequent order dated 13.05.2016 passed by the

Competent Authority, the petitioner's Movement Order has been cancelled

and his services have been retained at the SHQ, Delhi. A copy of the order

dated 13.05.2016 is handed over and taken on record. He further states that

the petitioner's detailed representation dated 12.04.2016 is pending

consideration before the Competent Authority and the same shall be

considered and decided in accordance with law.

2. The decision taken by the respondents shall be duly communicated to

the petitioner within six weeks from today.

3. The petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
