% (ORAL)
C.M.APPL. No.13275/2014 (for condonation of delay) There is delay of 784 days' in filing the accompanying appeal. The reason put forth for the delay occasioned is misplacing of the file by the counsel, but the averment made in the application is not supported by the affidavit of the counsel. Thus, there is no justification to condone the inordinate delay in filing the accompanying appeal.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
LA.APP. 334/2014 In view of order passed in C.M.APPL.13275/2014, this appeal is dismissed as time barred as well as on merits as the impugned judgment rightly assesses the market value of the land in question while relying

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
