The petitioners have challenged the order dated 10th February,

2009, whereby the OA No. 1642/2008, titled as Virender Kumar Yadav

& Anr. Vs. UOI & Ors., was allowed on the basis of order dated 11th

March, 2008 passed in OA No.1725/2007 and OA No.2083/2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that

the writ petitions filed against the order dated 11th March, 2008 passed

in OA Nos. 1725/2007 and 2083/2007 were withdrawn with liberty to

the petitioners in those matters to file the appropriate review

applications in accordance with law.

Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioners, on

instructions, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to

file an appropriate review application in accordance with law.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for.
