1. The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside
the impugned order dated 7.12.2018 passed by the respondent No.
4.
2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that
petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition. Hence both the parties
compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in
this petition for adjudication.
3. The contesting parties to this petition have amicably
settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the
terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between
the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are
acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement,
proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made
part of this record.
5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
