2025:CGHC:47900

HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR

CRR No. 918 of 2017

V. Kumar versus State Of Chhattisgarh

Order Sheet

17.09.2025 None for the applicant.

Shri Vivek Sharma, PL for the State.

This matter was listed on 16.09.2025 for final hearing along

with two other Criminal Revisions (CRR-924 and 883 of 2017).

However, in the said matters, arguments were continued, but in

absence of counsel in the present case, argument could not be

concluded. Therefore, this case was fixed for today.

When the matter was called up for hearing today, no one

appeared to argue the case on behalf of the applicant. This matter

pertains to the year 2017, and therefore, this Court deem it fit to

proceed for hearing by appointing Legal Aid counsel Shri Virendra

Verma, who is present in the Court, and whose name is also there in CRR 918 of 2017

the Legal Aid Panel, to argue the case on behalf of the applicant- V

Kumar and others.

High Court Legal Aid Committee is directed to issue necessary

authorization in favour of the legal aid counsel Shri Virendra Verma,

as the counsel for the applicant and others in CRR-918 of 2017.

With consent of the parties, matter is heard finally, and

judgment dictated separately.
