By the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure A/1) passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Sakti, District - Janjgir - Champa (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 69/2023, has SHUBHAM DEY convicted and sentenced the Appellant as under:-

Conviction Sentence U/s. 307 of the Indian Pencal R.I. for 7 years and fine of Rs. Code, 1860 (109 of B.N.S, 1,000/- in default R.I. for 02 2023.) months.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that at this stage, he is not pressing the application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the appellant, I.A. No. 01/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

List this case for final hearing in due course.
