Heard Ms Ankita Shukla, and Shri Gorelal Tandon, learned

counsel for the appellant. Also heard Shri Malay Kumar Jain,

PL for the State.

Ms Ankita Shukla, learned counsel who has been

appointed as counsel in the case to appear on behalf of the

appellant from the Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority

(CGSLSA), would submit that she was appointed as counsel in

the case.

Shri Gorelal Tandon, Advocate would submit that he has

been engaged by the appellant to argue the case, and hence,

he has filed his power in memo of appeal today itself.

As Shri Gorelal Tandon, Advocate has filed his power in

the case to argue the case, he has been permitted to argue the

case accordingly, and his name be shown as counsel for the

appellant in the Cause-list. Ms Ankita Shukla, Advocate is

discharged from the case as counsel for the appellant.

Today, the matter is listed for hearing on IA-1 of 2023,

application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the

appellant. However, with the consent of learned counsel for the

parties, the appeal itself is heard finally.

Judgment passed separately.

In view of above, IA-1 of 2023 stands disposed of.
