1. Since common question and facts are involved in these writ petitions,
they heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common
order.
2. These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to quash impugned
promotion order dated 03.11.2021 & 02.11.2021 for the post from
Constable to Head Constable in Balodabazar-Bhatapara &
Mahasamund respectively.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that both the writ
petitions may kindly be disposed of as both the petitions are squarely
covered by the judgment rendered by Coordinate Bench of this Court
in Writ Petition (S) No. 6022 of 2021 & bunch of petitions decided on
13.12.2024 in case of Avinash Singh & others Vs. State of
Chhattisgarh & others, wherein the Coordinate Bench has observed
in paragraph 11 as under:-
"11. It is made clear that if the interveners are found to be
senior to the petitioners, their seniority shall not be disturbed.
The interim order granted earlier is hereby vacated. The
candidature of the petitioners as well as the interveners shall
be considered strictly in accordance with their respective
seniority."
4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the
petitioners, the instant writ petitions are disposed of in light of the order
passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Avinash Singh
(supra).
