State/respondent.
It transpires from the impugned judgment of
conviction and order of sentence passed by the trial
Court that the appellant along with one co-accused
Shiv Prasad Gond has also been convicted and
sentenced by the trial Court for the offence in question.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that he
is unaware of the fact that whether the said co-
accused Shiv Prasad Gond has filed any appeal
before this Court or not.
Let the matter placed again tomorrow i.e. on
11.06.2025 for interaction with co-accused Shiv
Prasad Gond as to whether he has filed any appeal or
wishes to file any appeal before this Court.
The concerned Jail Superintendent to cause
appearance of co-accused - Shiv Prasad Gond
before this Court through Video-conferencing at
11:00 a.m. tomorrow i.e. on 11.06.2025 for the said
interaction.
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send a
copy of this order to the concerned Jail
Superintendent for necessary information and
compliance forthwith and shall also make necessary
arrangements for taking up this matter at 11.00 a.m.
tomorrow i.e. on 11.06.2025 through video-
conferencing.
