provisions of Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Parties are directed to appear before this Court on
17.01.2025 to explore the possibility of amicable
settlement between them, if any.

In the meanwhile, parties shall also file affidavit
stating the assets held by both of them movable and
immovable including their source of income and the
undivided share, if any, in the joint/ancestral property.
The affidavit should be in the spirit of the law laid
down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of
Rajnesh vs. Neha reported in 2021 (2) SCC 324.
Appellant is directed to supply copy of appeal and
other documents to the respondent.
