Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 4 has

submitted that the petitioner has challenged the charge-

sheet and has prayed for quashment of charge-sheet

whereby there are judgments of Hon'ble the Supreme

Court in which the prayer for quashment of charge has

been denied by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as such he

has prayed for dismissal of the case. According to him,

the Departmental Enquiry has almost completed and

only due to stay order the final verdict could not be

given.

Reply has been filed by respondents No. 1 to 4 in

the month of May, 2024, however, till date rejoinder has

not been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some

time to file rejoinder.

As a last indulgence, 10 days time is given to the

learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder.

List this case in the week commencing 20 th

January, 2025.

Interim Relief, if any, granted earlier shall

continue till the next date of hearing.
