              appellant.

This appeal is admitted for hearing.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

pursuant to the order dated 25.10.2024, parties were

present at Mediation Center, however the mediation

between the parties has been failed as per mediation

report dated 26.10.2024.

Issue notice to the respondent on payment of

process fee as per Rule through both ordinary and

registered mode, and in the meantime, learned counsel

for appellant shall file the paper book as per the

provisions prescribed in the Rule 177 of The High Court

of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007.

It is directed that the effect and operation of the

impugned judgment and decree dated 10.04.2023 shall

remain stayed till the next date of hearing.

List this case after six weeks.
