                                    appellant as well as Mr.Sanghrash Pandey, learned

                                    Government      Advocate     appearing      for    the

                                    respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

there were three accused involved in the present case

including the present appellant and the trial Court by

the judgment dated 31.07.2014 convicted them, out of

which, accused Chaindas Chaturvedi has preferred

Criminal Appeal No.968/2014 and accused Dilip Kumar

Banjare has preferred Criminal Appeal No.951/2014

and the same were heard and allowed by the Bench of

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal and Hon'ble

Shri Justice Radhakishan Agrawal.

In view of above, let the present matter be listed

before the said Bench after nomination from Hon'ble

the Chief Justice.
