1. On the last dates of hearing i.e., 24.01.2025 & 21.04.2025, no one

appeared on behalf of the appellant and today despite repeated calls,

none appears for the appellant, nor there is any representation made

on his behalf.

2. The appeal is of the year 2024, it appears that with the efflux of time,

the appellant has lost the interest in contesting the appeal.

3. In view of above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss

the appeal for want of prosecution. It is dismissed as such.
