The matter has been listed for correction in the order

dated 16.04.2025.

It transpires from the order dated 16.04.2025 that while

granting bail to the applicant, in page -2 of the order, the Criminal

Appeal No. 55/2018 is inadvertently mentioned whereas the

correct number is Criminal Appeal No. 51/2018.

From perusal of the impugned judgment dated

07.04.2025, it is quite vivid that the Criminal Appeal No. 51/2018

was filed by the applicants before the learned Sessions Judge,

Balrampur, against which the present Criminal Revision has

been filed, therefore, the order dated 16.04.2025 stands

corrected only with respect to the Criminal Appeal No. comes in

the page-2 of the said order and now the "Criminal Appeal No.

55/2018 be read as Criminal Appeal No. 51/2018". The rest part

of the order remain intact.

List this case for final hearing in due course along with

CRR No. 475/2025, CRR No. 485/2025 and CRR No. 477/2025.
