Heard Mr. Rajendra Patel, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the State.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there are four accused persons including the present appellant and three of the accused persons who were declared juvenile, were tried by the competent court and they have been acquitted but he is not having the order of judgment of the acquittal of the said accused persons.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to produce the said judgment of acquittal.
