Joy is produced before this Court by Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Mr. Bhanu Pratap Kurre from Thana Ajak District Korba (C.G.). The accused has been arrested from Mumbai, Sahar Police Station (Mumbai)(M.H.).

Now, Additional Registrar (J) is directed to mark the presence of the appellant and prepare a jail warrant to send back the appellant to the concerned jail.
