Heard on I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Civil Procedure whereby it is prayed that the information obtained under RTI Act from the department (SECL) regarding reimbursement of medical bills of appellant, may be taken on record as evidence.

The information supplied under RTI Act shows that the amount of medical bills of appellant was not reimbursed on the ground that he had already retired from service.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. The documents annexed to I.A.No.1 is taken on record as Annexure A-2.

Heard finally.
