this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel & Ohers Vs. State of

Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on 30.09.2022].

2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition also deserves to be

disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in case Neutral Citation 2024:CGHC:22631

of Faguvaram Patel (supra).

3. Accordingly, the writ petition (s) stands disposed of.
