1. The issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided

by this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel & others Vs. State

of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on

30.09.2022].

2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition also deserves to be

disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in

case of Faguvaram Patel (supra).

3. Accordingly, the writ petition (s) stands disposed of.
