Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order on Board 27.06.2024

1. The issue involved in the bunch of these writ petitions has

already been decided by this Court in case of Shrishti Lakra

Vs. State of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 5232 of 2023 & Other

connected cases (decided on 26.06.2024].

2. In view of the above, all the writ petitions are disposed of with a

direction to the State Government to consider the engagement

of not only the petitioners, but all the Guest Lecturers to be

appointed in the academic session 2024 strictly in accordance

with the policy 2024 framed by the State regarding engagement

of Guest Lecturers in the government colleges.
