Heard on I. A. No. 02/2024, an application under Order 41 Rule 5

read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure for grant of interim

relief.

On depositing 50% of the decreetal amount, recovery of the rest of

the amount pursuant to the impugned judgment and decree dated

07.10.2023 passed in Civil Suit No. 5B of 2003 by the trial Court shall

remain stayed until further orders.

Out of 50% of the decreetal amount so deposited, 25% shall be

kept in Fixed Deposit for a year. Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 shall be

entitled to receive the said amount on furnishing due security.

No representation was made on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2

and 3. Let a copy of the order be sent to the respondent No. 1 for

intimation, as the counsel did not appear despite several calls.

Let paper book be filed in accordance with the High Court Rules,

within a period of two weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 22.07.2024 for final

hearing.
