1) Applicants have filed this criminal revision under Section 397
read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
challenging the judgment dated 22.10.2011 passed by Additional
Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, District Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal
Appeal No.20 of 2011 whereby they have been convicted for the
offence punishable under Section 458 read with Section 34 of
Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo till rising of the
Court with fine of Rs.2,000/- each, in default of payment of fine
amount, they have to further undergo simple imprisonment for
one month.
2) Learned counsel for applicants prays for withdrawal of this
criminal revision on the ground that the sentence imposed by the
learned Court below has already been completed.
3) Prayer is allowed.
4) Accordingly, criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
