2. The appeal CRA No.90/2023 (Rupendra Mandale vs. State of
Chhattisgarh), preferred by the appellant against the impugned
judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.04.2022
by engaging counsel of his own choice and the instant criminal
appeal i.e. CRA No.1360/2022 (Rupendra Mandale vs. State of
Chhattisgarh) has been filed with the assistance of High Court Legal Aid Committee against the same impugned judgment.
3. Since criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.90/2023 preferred by the
appellant by engaging a counsel of his own choice against the
same impugned judgment of conviction and order sentence
dated 27.04.2022 is pending consideration before this Court, the
instant criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.1360/2022 is unnecessary
and accordingly, it stands disposed off.
