             order passed by this Court in WA No. 687/2018 (State of

             Chhattisgarh through its Principal Secretary, Commercial Tax

             Department & Others v. M/s. Tata Tele Services Limited) and other

             connected cases, which were decided on 18.08.2022.


                   Ms. Astha Shukla, learned Government Advocate, appearing

             for the respondents, prays that this matter may be taken up on

24.01.2023 in order to enable her to go through the judgment and

to respond accordingly.
