12/01/2023         Heard     Ms. Astha    Shukla,   learned   Government Advocate,

             appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr. Harshmander Rastogi,

             learned counsel, appearing for the respondent on I.A. No. 02 of 2023,

which is an application for condonation of delay of 246 days.

Mr. Rastogi does not oppose the prayer for condonation of delay.

Many other appeals including WA No. 8 of 2023 and the batch

have been filed along with application for condonation of delay against

the judgment, out of which, this appeal also arises and by order dated

10.01.2023, delay has been condoned in such appeals.

In view of the above, I.A. No. 02 of 2023 is allowed.

It is submitted that WA No. 8 of 2023 and the batch is directed to

be listed on 08.02.2023, as fresh cases.

Accordingly, Registry will list this case also as a fresh case on

08.02.2023.
