1. This is an application filed under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of special leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 27.03.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.347/2019 by Additional Sessions Judge/(Special Judge of Special Court for Trial of CBI Cases), Raipur (C.G.).

2. Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal.

3. I have perused the impugned judgment and gone through the statements of witnesses other material available on record.

4. On due consideration, the application is allowed and leave is granted. Registry is directed to register the present Cr.M.P. as acqittal appeal. Call for the records of both the Courts below.

5. List this appeal after four weeks.
