appellant has already assailed the impugned judgment vide Criminal

Appeal No.335 of 2023 and the said appeal has already been admitted by

this Court on 09.02.2023.

In view of the fact that the appellant has already assailed the same

judgment vide a different appeal earlier filed and which stands admitted,

there is no relevance of the present appeal as of now.

Accordingly, the appeal stands rejected. However, the counsel for

the appellant would be at liberty to enter his appearance in the said

appeal, if appellant so wants.
