1. This is an application filed under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 20.12.2022 passed in Criminal Complaint Case No.240/2011 by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.).

2. Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal.

3. I have perused the impugned judgment and gone through the other material available on record.
