3. The record would show that the name of appellant No. 5 (Nisha Gupta) has been named twice in the array of cause title as appellant No. 1(C) and appellant No. 5, whereas both are one and same.

4. Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Case is allowed. Appellant No. 5 is deleted in the array of cause title of order dated 12.10.2022 in First Appeal No. 100 of 2005. Rest of the judgment and decree passed by this Court shall remain intact.
