                   Heard on Admission.
                   The Appeal is admitted for hearing on the following substantial questions
             of Law:-
                   "(i) Whether the First Appellate Court while reversing the Judgment
                   and Decree of the Trial Court was justified in reaching to the
                   conclusion that the partition between the Plaintiffs and Defendants
                   has already been taken place in the year 2002.

                   (ii) Whether the two Courts below were justified in discarding the
                   contentions of the Plaintiffs of the suit property reflected in Part-II of
                   Schedule-A of the plaint to be a ancestral property."
                   Let Notice be issued to the Respondents as per Rules.

Let status quo as it exists today be maintained by the parties till the next date of hearing.
