The applicant has filed the instant revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 07.09.2022 passed by Sessions Judge, Durg in Criminal Appeal No.77/2022 convicting him for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act and sentencing him till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs.6,50,000/-, in default of payment of fine, SI for 6 months.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that on applicant's depositing 20% of the fine/ compensation amount which comes to Rs.1,30,000/-, within a period of one month from today and furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2 Lacs with one surety of the same amount, recovery of the remaining fine/compensation amount shall remain stayed till the final disposal of the instant revision petition.

Issue notice to respondent through ordinary as well registered post on payment of PF within 7 days.
