             respondent/State, Mr. Ramakant Mishra, learned Assistant Solicitor

General for the respondent/Union of India, as well as Mr. Vikas

83/2022, 119/2022 and 129/2022 as they arise out of the same

judgment.

Since WA No. 144/2022, 115/2022, 64/2022 and 77/2022 are

not listed today, Registry is directed to list all these cases on 10 th of
