1. Smt. Pushpa Dwivedi submits that this is jail appeal and since the

appellant has already preferred another appeal, i.e., Cr.A. No. 224 of

2022, against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence,

the present appeal is redundant.

2. In view of above submission, the appeal stands disposed of as

redundant. However, counsel for appellant is permitted to appear in that

appeal i.e., Cr.A. No. 224 of 2022.
