Heard on I.A. No. 02/2022 for extension of the effect on interim order dated 01.08.2018 and stay the execution proceeding.

Counsel for the appellants would submit that he has already deposited fine amount to the tune of Rs. 1,15,000/- in CCD account before trial Court on 30.03.2022 towards penalty amount, therefore, order dated 01.08.2018 may be extended till the next date of hearing.

This Court vide its order dated 01.08.2018 has granted interim protection to the appellants and ordered that no coercive steps shall be taken against the appellants till the next date of hearing. Since the appellant has deposited fine amount of Rs. 1,15,000/- in the CCD account, it is directed that interim order passed on 01.8.2018 shall be extended upto 19th July, 2022.

List this case for final hearing on 19th July, 2022.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date of hearing to the parties.
