Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 15.12.2021, whereby the execution of the impugned judgment and decree was stayed on the condition of appellants' depositing Rs.7,50,000/- before the Trial Court and surety for the rest of the amount within a period of 2 weeks, has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the appellants is unable to satisfy the Court as to whether the said amount of Rs.7,50,000/- has been deposited or not. However, he prays for further time up to 2 weeks to comply the order dated 15.12.2021, if not already.
In view of the above, if the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- is not deposited before the Trial Court along with surety within a further period of 2 weeks from today, the order dated 15.12.2001 will lose its efficacy and the decree may be executed.
