As there is conviction of the appellant under the provisions of the POCSO Act, therefore, in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Akash Chandrakar and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh in CRA No.101 of 2021, passed in 19th January, 2022, notice is required to be issued to the complainant/victim.

Issue notice to the complainant/victim of this case. Registry is directed to give a fixed date for appearance/representation of the complainant/victim before this Court.

In the meanwhile, the State counsel may also file reply.
