Mr. Sourabh Jain, learned counsel for the appellant submits that

this petition was filed at a time when the Debt Recovery Tribunal,

Jabalpur (for short, "the Tribunal") was not functioning. He submits that as

the Tribunal has now started functioning, the writ petition is rendered

infructuous.

2. Mr. R.M. Solapurkar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for

respondent No. 4, is present.

3. In view of the submission made by Mr. Jain, the writ petition is

disposed of as infructuous.
