1) The appeal is filed under Section 374(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17/11/2007 passed by Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Dhamtari (C.G.) in Special Case No. 15/2006; whereby the appellants stands convicted and sentenced as under:-

Conviction Sentences U/s 294 of the Indian Fine of Rs. 100/- and in default of Penal Code. payment of fine additional S.I. for 7 days (each) U/s 323 of the Indian Fine of Rs. 400/- and in default of Penal Code payment of fine additional S.I. for 1 month (each)

2) Heard on I.A. No. 01/2022, application for withdrawal of appeal.

3) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellants do not want to prosecute this appeal and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the same.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5)    Permission granted.

6)    Accordingly, I.A. No. 01/2022 is allowed and the Criminal Appeal
       is disposed of as withdrawn.
