Heard on I.A. No.01/2019, an application for grant of interim relief.

On due consideration, the said application is allowed and it is directed that the

effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 20.06.2019 passed

by 3rd Additional District Judge, Raipur (C.G.) in Civil Suit No.95-B/12 shall remain

stayed until further orders subject to appellant's depositing 50% of the decreetal

amount within a period of 60 days from today.

I.A. No.01/2019, thus, stands disposed of.

Post this matter for final hearing in its due course.
