Report dated 23/03/2018 had been submitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sakti, Distt. Janjgir- Champa that appellant/accused No. 3 namely Uttra kumar has died on 13/07/2014 and accordingly, order dated 24/01/2022 had been passed by this Court declaring the appeal against appellant/accused No. 3 to be abated.

In that view of the matter, name of appellant/accused No. 3 in CRA No. 867/2010 as well as non-applicant No. 4 namely Uttra Kumar be deleted from the cause title during the course of the day.
