             Lal Babu Singh & Others Versus State of Chhattisgarh & Others



08/08/2022        On 20.07.2022, the following order was passed:

                          "Heard Mr. Awadh Tripathi, learned counsel for the

                   petitioners as well as Ms. Meena Shastri, learned Additional

                   Advocate General, appearing for the respondents.

Though the arguments have been heard, it is considered

appropriate to have a look at the complaint filed. Therefore, we

request Mr. Tripathi and Ms. Shastri to produce before the

complaint filed, based on which petitioner No. 4 was convicted

under Section 92 of the Factories Act, 1948.

List again on 08.08.2022 at the top of the list in List-1 as

part-heard case."

Pursuant to the above, Ms. Meena Shastri, learned Additional Advocate

General, appearing for the respondents had filed the copy of the complaint.

Mrs. Indira Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, is present.

Since arguments have already been heard, the case is closed for

judgment.
