The learned counsel for the petitioners in this batch of writ

petitions submit that against an order of the Allahabad High Court

by which similar issue as raised in the present writ petitions had

been decided, approach was made by the Revenue to the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 1767 of 2022

and that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, after completion of hearing,

had reserved the case for judgment on 20.04.2022.

Mr. Amit Chaudhari as well as Ms. Naushina Afrin Ali, learned

counsel, appearing for the Revenue and Ms. Anmol Sharma,

learned Central Government counsel, appearing for the Union of

India also endorse the above submission.

In that view of the matter, it is considered appropriate to direct

the Registry to list these cases on 11.07.2022.

Interim relief granted earlier shall continue till then.
