Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the decree for specific performance and for possession has not yet been executed. Counsel for the respondent No.1/plaintiff also endorsed the same that till date, it has not been executed. He further submits that the another appeal has been filed by the respondent/plaintiff-Praveen Kumar which is bearing FA No.199/2019 against the same judgment and decree.

List this case for final hearing along with FA No.199/2019.

Considering the submission of the parties, the judgment and decree shall remain stayed, subject to furnishing of the security of Rs. 2 lacs by the appellant.

In the meanwhile, paper book in accordance with CG High Court Rules, be filed.
