Heard on I.A. No.01 of 2021, a repeat application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant.

By the impugned judgment dated 19.03.2019 passed by the Third Additional Sessions Judge, Baloda-Bazar, C.G., in Sessions Trial No.18/2018, the appellant stands convicted and sentenced as under:

Conviction Sentence

Under Section 302 read with 34 Life Imprisonment and fine of IPC amount of Rs.1,000/-, in default of payment of fine amount to undergo further additional rigorous imprisonment for 6 months

Under Section 201 read with 34 Rigorous Imprisonment for three of IPC years and fine amount of Rs.1,000/-, in default of payment of fine amount to undergo further additional rigorous imprisonment for 6 months Under Section 120(B) of Indian Life Imprisonment and fine Penal Code amount of Rs.1,000/-, in default of payment of fine amount to undergo further additional rigorous imprisonment for 6 months

The first application for suspension of sentence was dismissed on merits on 09.07.2019.

There being no change in the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain repeat application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Accordingly, I.A. No.01/2021, a repeat application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant is dismissed.
